With over 10 years of experience, Jeff gives your dog(s) one-on-one attention at your door step. Jeff brings his fully equipped grooming trailer to your home. He walks your dog just to the end of your driveway, grooms your dog right there, and then brings him back home.

Because Jeff comes to your house for the grooming, it is up to you whether you feel you need to be at home during the grooming appointment or if you want it done while you are at work. A key or pass code must be shared in advance if you are away. Jeff is bonded for your peace of mind.

Please provide AT LEAST 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 307-851-5918. If you wish to add another pet, you must also call in advance, or Jeff reserves the right to not groom them or reschedule your appointment later.

Your dog's safety is our highest priority. All vaccines must be up-to-date before your appointment. Also, please understand that dogs do not remain still during their appointment and accidents can happen, such as cuts, nicks, etc. from clippers or scissors. It is up to Jeff's discretion whether the nick is minor or needing more attention. He will definitely communicate with you.

Any grooming can expose hidden skin-conditions and medical issues or aggravate current ones. This may be revealed during or even after grooming and may require medical attention. Jeff will communicate all concerns with you as they arise.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Venmo, and checks. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed an additional $25.
I will need space for my truck and trailer to park. I also need an exterior outlet to plug into for power.
Your appointment time is really an "estimated time of arrival". As a mobile service, we are impacted by traffic, weather, previous appointments running long, travel time, and service needs, such as refueling or taking on more water for baths. Please understand we will try to call you if we are more than 20 minutes late. Sometimes we may even be 30 minutes early.
When a dog's hair is matted, it often takes me an hour or two more to remove them. The same for when I have to take extra time to get a specialized cut done to your satisfaction. Time is money.
No. I leave that to the professionals (ie.the veterinarians)
Thanks for letting me know in advance. I often have dogs described as aggressive, but when they get in my trailer, I have no problems. If there is a problem, I, rarely but occasionally, will use a muzzle for the dog's safety.
